All nation's amateurs except Japanese amateurs are required to use this form.
Because Japan has a reciprocal agreement with Korea, Japanese amateurs can choose five year or one month permit.
However, all other nation's amateurs are allowed three month or one month permit.

Three month permit : If the radios are not type approved in Korea, station inspection will be required.
                            This permit can be extended for another three month.
One month permit: No station inspection is required.
